One: 500/month, Plus: 1,000/month, Max: 3,000/month. The limit resets monthly. You will never be charged any extra fee for a temporary spike in reported issues. No surprises, no service interruptions and no unexpected charges. If in a single month you exceed your plan’s issue limit, you don’t need to do anything. If the following month the volume goes back within your plan’s limit, everything continues as normal and no change is required. This is common in seasonal activity. If the number of issues exceeds your plan’s limit for two consecutive months, we’ll let you know and suggest upgrading to a plan that better matches your new activity volume.

Warnings + upgrade recommendation or extra storage (if Max). You can continue attaching, but if not regularized, attachment viewing is limited.

It is the sum of m² of all entities; it is validated when entities are created/edited.

Yes, but only up to the limit of active entities. Extra entities remain inactive: invisible to end users and visible only to admins.
