Improva is a web-based incident management platform designed for large spaces with many users: campsites, marinas, universities, sports clubs, and local governments. It allows any user to report an issue from their phone and the management team to resolve it efficiently.

To report incidents, users in your space will need to download the Improva app, available for Android and iOS. Your team can use the same app to check and resolve incidents. The full management platform, with all operations, is accessible from a web browser.

Three steps: create an account, set up your organization and spaces (entities), and start receiving reports. The entire process is guided and you can be up and running in minutes.

The user opens the Improva app, selects their location, and is shown the entities they can report to. They choose a category, add a description and, depending on the configuration, a photo, and submit it. Within seconds, the management team receives the notification and the incident appears in the control panel.

Only authorized team members (administrators, coordinators, and resolvers) can view and manage incidents. Users who report incidents can check the status of their own reports, but not those of others.

Yes. Improva integrates Google Maps to pin incidents on your actual site map. You can see pins by priority, filter by area, status, and category, and navigate the map intuitively.

Yes. There are three roles: Administrator (full access and configuration), Coordinator (incident management and tracking), and Resolver (handling assigned incidents). Each user sees and does exactly what their role requires.

Yes. When reporting an incident, users can attach photos from their camera or gallery. This helps the technical team assess the situation without needing to travel to the site first.

Yes. The administrator can create and organize categories and subcategories tailored to their space. Each category can have its own name and specific configuration.

Yes. Coordinators can assign any incident to a specific resolver. The resolver receives a notification and the incident appears in their personal dashboard.

Yes. Each incident has a complete log of all changes: who created it, who assigned it, and when the status changed. This ensures full traceability of the resolution process.
